We Provide an Impartial Evaluation We are independent and work directly for you, the client. We provide a comprehensive, fair and objective evaluation of your home. We do NOT  offer contracting services. We will communicate our findings both verbally and in the written report in a manner that allows you to understand and prepare to care for your valuable investment. We survey all the major systems and components, but we also look at the big picture. Do the systems and components operate effectively together? Is there a way to coordinate maintenance, repairs and upgrades to maximize cost effectiveness? What to Expect We want you to get the most out of your home inspection, so we encourage you to join us for this invaluable experience of discovery and learning. As we walk around and through the house we have the opportunity to point out conditions, to answer questions and discuss our observations. We provide you with information from our wealth of experience in the construction and inspection industry.  In addition, we regularly attend training sessions with industry professionals so that we can pass on up-to-date information about new products, appliances, components and construction methods. The written report will be available within 1 to 2 days. This is NOT a checklist, but a comprehensive, narrative style report with descriptions of conditions and recommendations for action. After the on-site inspection (even years later), we are available by telephone or email for follow-up questions and advice.
